На днях я писал о новой Стратегии пространственного развития России. Тогда не получилось найти перечень опорных населенных пунктов (ОНП).
Благодаря подписчице канала (Светлана, большое спасибо!) теперь он у меня есть и поэтому есть возможность поделиться этим документом с вами.
В перечне 2160 наименований таких ОНП. Перечень подтверждает впечатление "всем сестрам по серьгам" и мою гипотезу о корреляции с Перечнем геостратегических территорий страны (приложение 2 к Стратегии).
Думаю, этот перечень будет ещё одним инструментом управления регионами, предметом лоббизма с их стороны, разных ведомств и корпораций.

That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
