В рамках нацпроекта «Демография» жители Хакасии получают профессиональное или дополнительное образование.
Обучение могут бесплатно пройти граждане от 50 лет и старше, граждане предпенсионного возраста, безработные, состоящие на учёте в службе занятости, граждане в отпуске по уходу за ребёнком, другие категории.

В 2024 году в Хакасии подготовку прошли уже 465 человек, 297 ещё продолжают обучение.
