Первой площадкой проведения форума стала Мурманская область. Здесь Людмила Ивановна стала участницей встречи представителей муниципалитетов федеральной проектной команды по направлению «Экомуниципалитет».

Участники форума обсудили, как сделать работу местной власти более эффективной и повысить качество жизни граждан. Впереди еще 15 региональных мероприятий и итоговый форум в Москве. Его организатором выступает ВАРМСУ при поддержке Администрации Президента Российской Федерации.
