💪48 спортсменов из Тамбовской, Саратовской, Воронежской, Липецкой и Пензенской областей.

Соревновались в дисциплинах:

✔️двоеборье (толчок и рывок) среди юношей (вес гири 16 кг), мужчин и юниоров (вес гири 24 кг)

✔️рывок гири у юношей, девушек, юниорок и женщин, ветераны-мужчины М45-54 лет, ветераны - мужчины 55 лет и старше (вес гири 5 кг, 8 кг, 16 кг и 24 кг).

Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Friday’s performance was part of a larger shift. For the week, the Dow, S&P 500 and Nasdaq fell 2%, 2.9%, and 3.5%, respectively. The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine. The Nasdaq Composite tumbled 2.2% to 12,843.81. Though all three indexes opened in the green, stocks took a turn after a new report showed U.S. consumer sentiment deteriorated more than expected in early March as consumers' inflation expectations soared to the highest since 1981.
