Завершили реконструкцию парка на крупнейшей сортировочной станции Мосузла Орехово-Зуево.
Новая инфраструктура позволит перераспределить грузовые потоки из столицы (со ст. Люблино-Сортировочное, Перово и Лосиноостровская) на Большое кольцо московской магистрали.
В ходе модернизации:
✅ уложили 3 новых пути общей протяжённостью 3,5 км ✅ смонтировали 9 стрелочных переводов ✅ установили 5 замедлителей (устройства для снижения скорости вагонов при роспуске грузового состава с горки)
Всё это позволило увеличить ёмкость сортировочного парка и ускорить роспуск вагонов.
Для повышения безопасности и автоматизации на объекте внедрили цифровую систему управления движением на горке и комплексную систему автоматизации управления сортировочным процессом.
В итоге роспуск вагонов в автоматическом режиме увеличили почти до 94% и свели к минимуму вероятность ошибок при маневровых работах.
