"Если мы посмотрим на финансирование здравоохранения на одного жителя, то окажемся в числе аутсайдеров Европы. В среднем по ЕС этот показатель в три раза выше, чем сейчас в Латвии", – считает Калейс.
При этом глава ассоциации отметил, что Латвия в здравоохранении отстает даже от других балтийских стран.
"Наше государство не уделяет должного внимания лечению своих граждан и не выделяет достаточного финансирования", – заключил он.
