Более того, если смотреть видео со звуком, то Алексей Юрьевич говорит, что тротуаров там тоже нет. Зато там построили много многоэтажек, и продолжают строить. Люди ходят в темноте по проезжей части.
Понятно, что проблему щелчком пальцев не решить. Очевидно, что решения она требует. Поэтому очень надеемся, что Алексей Юрьевич сумел привлечь к ней внимание.
