Установлено, что Магомедова, войдя в доверие, получила у руководителя лесничества ключ электронной подписи и составила заявки на кассовые расходы, после чего направила их в казначейство республики для незаконного перечисления более 3 млн рублей на подставные банковские счета. Поступившие деньги она обналичивала и присваивала себе.
