А чему радоваться то? Тому что даже учитывая отток антипутинской шантрапы и беглецов от мобилизации из РФ число российских туристов едва перескочило планку 2018 года и не дотянулось до планки 2019-го?
Получается что Армения скорее потеряла, чем приобрела в этих новых условиях. Туристов из РФ могло и должно было быть гораздо больше.
Причина проста: те кто приехали в 2022-м - это самотек. Правительство и министр не приложили никаких усилий, чтобы поток был больше.

And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
