Дело в том, что сумма, которую тюменцам нужно потратить на сборы детей в школу, превысит размер выплаты, которую на эти цели распорядился выделить президент России Владимир Путин.
«Выяснили, какую сумму в Тюмени придется потратить родителям на базовые товары для школьника. Средняя стоимость самого необходимого - 14 875 рублей», - рассказали в пресс-службе «Авито». По данным сервиса, в Тюмени школьная форма для девочек, в среднем, обойдется в 700 рублей, для мальчиков - 800. В целом же цены на все позиции по сравнению с прошлым годом выросли на 14-20%.
Тем временем президент распорядился выплатить семьям с детьми всего по 10 тысяч рублей к началу учебного года. Но тут уже возмущаться не приходиться как говорится - спасибо и на этом.

The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. Also in the latest update is the ability for users to create a unique @username from the Settings page, providing others with an easy way to contact them via Search or their t.me/username link without sharing their phone number. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
