Пик готовности был зимой 2023-2024 годов, когда он составлял 73%. С тех пор этот показатель постепенно снижался. В октябре 2024 года он достиг 63%, а в декабре — 57%.
Люди с высоким уровнем дохода более терпимо относятся к затяжной войне (70%), чем те, кто живёт в бедности (51%). При этом восточные жители менее готовы к такому исходу событий (51%), чем жители юга, запада (по 57%) и центра (59%).

This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
