С 25 сентября отопление включили в Янаульском районе. Как сообщили в администрации муниципалитета, это касается только социальных учреждений, таких как школы, больницы и детские сады. Что касается простых жителей, то тепло начнут подавать только после того, как в течение пяти дней среднесуточная температура воздуха будет ниже 8 градусов.
Отметим, что пока отопительный сезон начался только в Кумертау. Тепло там начали подавать уже с 23 сентября.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets.
