Минтруд РФ подготовил проект приказа, в котором зафиксированы форма и порядок составления справки, подтверждающей установление инвалидности, выписки из акта медико-социальной экспертизы (МСЭ) гражданина, порядок их составления, в том числе в форме электронного документа. В пояснительной записке авторы инициативы указали, что перевод таких документов в электронный формат позволит не обращаться в бюро МСЭ повторно при утрате бумажного носителя. В случае утверждения изменения вступят в силу 1 марта 2026 года.
Окончание общественного обсуждения инициативы намечено на 27 февраля.

He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site.
