По словам главы республики, одной из ключевых целей является поддержка военнослужащих и их семей, в том числе, путем создания для них новых перспектив.
Так, в муниципалитетах создадут дополнительные должности уровня заместителей глав городов или районов, которые будут заниматься только этим вопросом.
Также в регионе стартовала программа переподготовки и трудоустройства военнослужащих «СВОй резерв 18». На сегодняшний день зарегистрировались уже порядка 370 человек.

For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said.
