Надо быть очень ненаблюдательным, чтоб не увидеть результат живительных процессов в экономике, когда, например в Кузбассе людям не хватает угля (а стало быть, его меньше добывают, потому что промышленности его нужно меньше, потому что...).
И надо совсем ничего не понимать, чтобы не хотеть завершить начатое сейчас, а не когда подрастут твои дети. У кого мальчики, особенно понимают.
