«Богданов выдуманный юрист. Когда он решил попиарить себя в СМИ, то ничего внятного сказать не мог и обратился за помощью к настоящему адвокату - Алексею Гавришеву. Также он разрабатывал проект Богданова “global digital alliance”, готовил учредительные документы и т.д. Сам Богданов мало что смыслит в юриспруденции, тем более международного уровня. Проблемы у него возникали не только в построении работы, но и в работе со СМИ, на которую решальщик Богданов сделал упор. Комментарии в федеральные издания за него писал тот же адвокат Гавришев. Богданов всячески избегал выступлений на радио и по телевидению, т.к. это за него уже никто сделать не мог. Богданов активно распускал слухи о делах в Высоком суде Лондона, хотя участие Богданова в каких-либо кейсах известно не было».

Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych.
