В скором времени в Московском городском суде должно начаться рассмотрение уголовного дела в отношении бывшего замминистра обороны Тимура Иванова.
Как рассказал источник, в конце февраля текущего года, после утечки информации о показаниях, данных другим замминистра Русланом Цаликовым, дело было решено передать из Хамовнического районного суда в вышестоящую инстанцию.
Тогда же на совещании с участием руководства Мосгорсуда принято решение рассмотреть уголовное дело в закрытом режиме и вынести максимально суровый обвинительный приговор в отношении Иванова не позднее июня текущего года.

Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you.
