Cогласно законодательству, иностранцы-нарушители будут ограничены в отдельных правах и свободах, к ним также будут применяться меры федерального государственного контроля в сфере миграции. Режим высылки коснется иностранного гражданина со дня внесения сведений о нем в реестр контролируемых лиц.
