В Левобережном районном суде аннулировали кредит, который повесили на пенсионерку мошенники. Как сообщает надзорный орган, все произошло в апреле этого года, когда ей позвонил лжесотрудник соцфонда. По его словам, женщине нужно было явиться в офис для перерасчета пенсии, при начислении которой не учли 2 года трудового стажа. На ее телефон пришла СМС якобы с номером заявки, из которой требовалось продиктовать код.
Таким образом аферисты получили доступ к личным данным бабушки и оформили от ее имени займ, после чего деньги поступили на подконтрольные им счета. Чтобы признать договор недействительным, прокуратура обратилась в суд.
