Соломиюка судили по ч.1 ст.368 УК РБ за публичное оскорбление А.Лукашенко. По нашим данным, до суда мужчине предъявляли еще и ст.369 УК (оскорбление представителей власти), но из-за вышедших сроков давности эту статью сняли. В итоге мужчину судили за несколько интернет-комментариев, в которых негативно оценивался Лукашенко.
