Она принадлежит инвестиционной группе «ТРИНФИКО», мажоритарным акционером которой является бизнесмен Олег Белай. «Баланс Эссет Менеджмент» возглавляет Виталий Баланович, по совместительству топ-менеджер инвестгруппы «ТРИНФИКО».
