🎁По итогам конкурса будет объявлено 3 победителя, которым мы подарим сертификаты в OZON. За 1-е место подарим сертификат на 5 тысяч, за 2-е место – на 3 тысячи, за 3-место – на 2 тысячи рублей.

And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
