Шестой кассационный суд оставил в силе приговор уфимскому активисту Рустему Мулюкову: его судят за участие в экстремистском сообществе из-за выступления на митинге.

Сейчас арестант уже не может посещать суды без посторонней помощи, он является инвалидом I группы и регулярно проходит процедуры гемодиализа.

Рустем Мулюков утверждает, что посещал митинги в поддержку Алексея Навального, но в их организации не участвовал и судить его за публичные выступления нельзя. Процесс тянется уже несколько лет, но вину подсудимый не признаёт.

Вину не признала и вторая фигурантка этого дела — Лилия Чанышева, оказавшаяся на свободе благодаря обмену.
