По словам Соколова, на встрече они обсудили "проекты компании в Кировской области":
- За несколько лет энергетики планомерно обновили значительный объем тепловой инфраструктуры — более 470 километров теплосетей, построили и перевели на газ 13 котельных... Договорились развивать наше взаимодействие, - написал он.

Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
