Филе куриное (подмороженное) с кабачком в пропорции 1:1 (я беру по 50-70 грамм) трем на мелкой терке, добавляем тертый сыр (в два раза меньше чем кабачка) и яйцо - все смешиваем, добавляем 3 ложки детской рисовой каши. Оставляем на 5-7 минут. Затем руками лепим котлетки, обжариваем с двух сторон по 3-4 минуты, добавляем воду и 10 минут тушим под крышкой

In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp.
