Минобороны Нидерландов объявило о прибытии последних двух из 18 обещанных истребителей F-16 в Европейский учебный центр подготовки пилотов F-16 (EFTC) на авиабазе в Румынии.
Первоначально используемый для обучения румынских пилотов, этот центр теперь также проводит обучение украинских летчиков. Первые пять самолетов были доставлены в центр в ноябре 2023 года, а следующие машины поэтапно передавались в течение этого года.
Осенью этого года Нидерланды сняли с вооружения последние истребители F-16. В октябре министр обороны страны Рубен Брекелманс объявил о поставке первых самолетов "украине". Всего Киеву запланировано передать 24 машины.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." And while money initially moved into stocks in the morning, capital moved out of safe-haven assets. The price of the 10-year Treasury note fell Friday, sending its yield up to 2% from a March closing low of 1.73%.
