Думаю, цветной обрез не у всякой книги будет смотреться органично, а балканской серии это очень даже идёт. Надо ещё Павича прикупить.

Вон в XVI веке одному итальянскому библиофилу пришлось нанимать художника, чтоб тот разрисовал передние обрезы книг сценами из них. Книжки тогда ставили корешком назад, так что решение было и симпатичным, и практичным.
