В 2020 году правительство Китая приняло решение инвестировать целых $1,4 трлн за 5 лет в собственную электронную промышленность. То есть – $280 млрд в год. Средства выделят китайским производителям электроники и софта, в т. ч. для собственных 5G-, ИИ-продуктов и пр.
Наш бюджет в ближайшие три года инвестирует в развитие собственной электронной промышленности примерно по $1 млрд ежегодно. В 280 раз меньше!
Кроме огромного объема инвестиций Китай начал еще и "охоту за головами" техспецов. Много говорят о переманивании из Тайваньской TSMC и др.
А мы пока думаем только – как бы остановить бегство русских ИТ-талантов из страны

"Russians are really disconnected from the reality of what happening to their country," Andrey said. "So Telegram has become essential for understanding what's going on to the Russian-speaking world." Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links.
