Провел сегодня день в составе жюри финала конкурса "Молодой шеф" в Волгограде.

На веранде элегантного ресторана The Atelier над Волгой три молодых шефа готовили главный продукт региона - волгоградские томаты. При этом заранее о нем они не знали, открывали черный ящик, так что блюдо было чистой импровизацией.

Победителем стал Роман Боераков из Jun Cafe. Он приготовил стейк из томатов с красной смородиной и горчичным маслом с соусом из раковых шеек. Получилось очень симпатично, глава жюри шеф Grand Cru Давид Эммерле оценил и пригласил Романа к себе на стажировку.

Users can tap "X selected" (X being the number of items) at the top of the panel to preview how the album will look in the chat when it's sent, as well as rearrange or remove selected media. "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights.
