Чтобы создать систему, нужно, в среднем, 4 месяца. Но понять, куда смотреть, как изменить сейчас свое отношение к времени, к прорывам, к фин.результам и высоким требованиям и ожиданиям от себя - можно уже сейчас!
На игре стратегия жизни, например, где каждый получает недостающий пазл и открывает глаза на точечное, не шаблонное, что мешает, что останавливает, что ограничивает в росте здесь и сейчас.
