Пропала в Предновогодней пучине дел. На этой неделе я уезжаю на учебу в Санкт-Петербург. Поездки без семьи стали очень непривычными, но они дают много ресурса.
1️⃣Это время наедине с собой - позволяет много рефлексировать, принимать непростые решения без влияния извне. 2️⃣Ты сама распоряжаешься собой и делаешь то, что хочешь именно сейчас (а не то, что хочет в моменте муж или малыш). 3️⃣Общаешься с многими незнакомыми людьми. Когда мы едим с семьей нам и так хорошо, поэтому знакомства случаются крайне редко.
Сейчас я езжу на учебу раз в месяц, но абсолютно убеждена - такая практика должна остаться со мной на долго. Я вижу от поездок одной только пользу для себя и моей семьи!
