Министерство подало иск в Специализированный межрайонный экономический суд Астаны о признании недействительной государственной регистрации и принудительной ликвидации общественного объединения "Biz Birgemiz Qazaqstan 2030".
В ведомстве сослались на допущенные при создании фонда нарушениям законодательства. "Они носят неустранимый характер, то есть являются основанием для ликвидации юридического лица по решению суда", – говорится в сообщении Минюста.
Напомним, Перизат Кайрат подозревается в хищении свыше 1,7 млрд тенге, собранных для помощи гражданам, пострадавшим от весенних паводков, а также на гуманитарную помощь жителям Палестины.
