⚖️ Верховный суд РФ разъяснил, что Заказчики являющиеся госорганами и органами местного самоуправления не освобождаются от уплаты госпошлины по кассационным жалобам подаваемым в Верховный суд РФ о взыскании неустойки по госконтрактам, т.к. требования таких истцов возникают из гражданско-правовых отношений и не связаны с защитой государственных, общественных интересов.
