ВО «Эспаньола» на базе полученных государственных лицензий в установленном законом порядке будет, в частности, обучать членов региональных общин патриотических организаций владению огнестрельным оружием, базовым навыкам ведения боя, тактической работе с БПЛА и вождению различных транспортных средств.
