وطعن بعض الملحدة فقال: قوله: ﴿ولا يتساءلون﴾ وقوله: ﴿ولا يسأل حميم حميما﴾ يناقض قوله: ﴿وأقبل بعضهم على بعض يتساءلون﴾ وقوله: ﴿يتعارفون بينهم﴾.
والجواب عنه من وجوه:
أحدها: أن يوم القيامة مقداره خمسون ألف سنة ففيه أزمنة وأحوال مختلفة فيتعارفون ويتساءلون في بعضها، ويتحيرون في بعضها لشدة الفزع.
وثانيها: أنه إذا نفخ في الصور نفخة واحدة شغلوا بأنفسهم عن التساؤل، فإذا نفخ فيه أخرى أقبل بعضهم على بعض وقالوا: ﴿ياويلنا من بعثنا من مرقدنا هذا ما وعد الرحمن﴾ [يس: ٥٢].
وثالثها: المراد: لا يتساءلون بحقوق النسب.
ورابعها: أن قوله: ﴿لا يتساءلون﴾ صفة للكفار وذلك لشدة خوفهم.
