Официально мандариновую ель «откроют» только 3 января в честь фестиваля «Мандарин», который проводят ежегодно для туристов. Но радует глаз местных жителей она уже сейчас. Кстати, для создания ëлки потребовалось около двух тонн мандаринов.

Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis."
