Сумма, конечно, не гигантская, но она вполне может стать хорошим стартом для реализации местных проектов и раскрытия новых талантов. Возможно, другие регионы Дальнего Востока смогут последовать примеру Якутии, которая уже добилась впечатляющих успехов, в том числе на международной арене.
