Прокурор вернул обществу друзей Мирей Матье уголовное дело для исправления, пересоставления изменения и так далее - пункт 2 часть 1 ст. 221 УПК и в конце приписал что дает им на все про все месяц. Общество друзей Мирей Матье пожалилось вышестоящему в порядке той же статьи 221 УПК. Одновременно с этим Общество друзей Мирей Матье вышло в суд с ходатайством о продлении меры пресечения злодеям в количестве 10 экземпляров на тот же месяц. Срок следствия установлен до 28.11 сего года, с продлением никто не обращался. Обжалование постановления прокурора приостанавливает его действие. Значит ли это, что: а) приостанавливается и та часть постановления прокурора где сказано про этот месяц? б) максимум на что суд может продлить - это до конца срока следствия?
