Бутырский районный суд Москвы приговорил сегодня журналиста RusNews Игоря Кузнецова из Томска к 6 годам колонии, ему запретили вести деятельность в соцсетях на 2 года. Его и еще 10 фигурантов обвинили в «склонении к массовым беспорядкам», которых не было. Ранее гособвинение запросило ему 9 лет колонии.
Журналист RusNews Игорь Кузнецов находится в СИЗО с 16 сентября 2021 года.

But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts.
