Калуга) отменил решение Арбитражного суда Смоленской области от 3 июля 2024 года и постановление Двадцатого арбитражного апелляционного суда от 13 ноября по иску строительной компании «Гарант-Жилье». Застройщик пытался опротестовать отзыв разрешения на строительство администрацией города Смоленска. Речь идет о строительстве жилого комплекса на улице Нормандия-Неман, на участке, где располагался пересыльный лагерь для советских военнопленных Dulag-126.

Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts.
