Не знаю, как себя заставить. Сама по себе тренажёрка не самое приятное занятие, а тут ещё и дорога. Как убедить себя, что можно потратить полчаса, если раньше до зала было пять минут? 😭
Вообщем, беспокоюсь за своё ментальное и физическое здоровье без спорта, но ничего не делаю
