Оплачивать проезд нужно будет по будням с 7:00 до 11:00 и с 16:00 до 20:00 — то есть, фактически они вступят в силу лишь с понедельника, 17 февраля, поездка 15 и 16 февраля будет бесплатной.
Всего МСД разделен на девять участков, проезд по каждому из них будет стоить 5 руб. Проезд по конкретному участку МСД считается платным, только если автомобиль въехал и выехал с участка в платное время
