В Пензенской области обнаружил несанкционированную свалку на земельном участке в районном поселке Исса Иссинского района. Ущерб, причиненный почве, оценивается в 363,5 млн рублей.
Входе обследования, проведенного Межрегиональным управлением Росприроднадзора по Саратовской и Пензенской областям, выявлено загрязнение почвы на площади 26 900 кв.м. Анализ, выполненный специалистами ЦЛАТИ, показал превышение предельно допустимых концентраций хрома, ртути, нефтепродуктов, сульфат- и хлорид-ионов.
Ответственным за загрязнение признан арендатор земельного участка.
Росприроднадзор направил ему требование о добровольном возмещении ущерба в сумме 363 513 150 рублей в течение 30 дней. В противном случае ведомство обратится в суд.
