Суть идеи спикеров форума (большинство из их русскоязычной части, наподобие Рафиса Кашапова, «премьер-министра правительства независимого Татарстана в изгнании», преследуется в России по политическим мотивам) заключается в разделении России на ряд независимых государств и их последующей интеграции в новый вариант СНГ.
«Пока сохраняется "Единая Россия" – она будет неизбежно превращаться в агрессивную империю, какой бы "либерал" ни пришел к власти в московском Кремле», говорится на сайте форума.
