«В пункте сбора, – пишет Вихарева, – Ивана Шаманаева осмотрел травматолог и выписал заключение по ст. 81 а (Последствия переломов позвоночника, костей туловища, верхних и нижних конечностей <…> со значительным нарушением функций), а также назначил ему дополнительное обследование в военном госпитале. В госпитале ему выписали уже другое заключение и рекомендовали пройти медкомиссию в установленном порядке».

Несмотря на диагноз, Шаманаев был отправлен в Ростовскую область, а 10 декабря попал на войну.
Сейчас родственники подают заявление в суд на незаконную мобилизацию.
