По версии следствия, в период с 11 октября 2023 г. по 13 ноября 2024-го неустановленные лица из числа представителей компании вместо собственного производства закупили в Китае детали по цене заведомо ниже сумм, установленных договорами подряда, и осуществили их поставку концерну. При этом, о несоответствии китайских деталей техническим требованиям подрядчик знал заранее. Похищенными у концерна средствами злоумышленники распорядились по собственному усмотрению.
