Соответствующие изменения внесли в ст. 8.52 КоАП России. Теперь несоблюдение общих требований к содержанию животных для граждан влечет штраф до 3 тыс. руб., для должностных лиц — до 15 тыс. руб., для предприятий и организаций — до 30 тыс. руб. Штраф ждет тех, например, кто выгуливает собаку без намордника и поводка. Также наказание последует за нахождение животного на детской или спортивной площадке.
