Наприкінці січня за вказівками російських кураторів, 38-річна безробітна забрала зі схрону саморобний вибуховий пристрій (СВП) та заклала його у закопаній автомобільній шині поблизу будинку військовослужбовця ЗСУ.

💬 Навпроти його подвір’я агентка встановила замаскований мобільний телефон. Через віддалений доступ ворог відслідковував пересування жертви і дистанційно активував СВП, – повідомили в СБУ.

Зазначимо, 5 лютого СБУ затримала агентів рф, які шукали «легкого» заробітку в Telegram й підірвали будівлю ТЦК у Павлограді.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform.
