Инцидент произошел поздно ночью в селе Баш-Кууганды. Ученик 10-го класса поступил в районную больницу с ранением. Он рассказал милиционерам о конфликте с одноклассником из-за телефона. По словам подростка, тот ударил его острым предметом и убежал.
Родители пострадавшего отказались писать заявление в милицию.
В МВД заявили, что после этого инцидента дисциплинарные наказания получили 5 сотрудников Джумгальского РОВД.
