Но я бы обратил внимание вот на что: борьба эта присходит под лозунгом не юридических, но понятийных прав на актив - практически цитируя сериал: «Теперь это наша корова и мы ее доим». И вот в этом риск для Системы - вырулит ли ситуация в правовое русло или дальше уйдет в криминал? Тут развилка, о которой потом расскажут в «Намедни». Поэтому не соглашусь с теми авторами, которые видят здесь «возврат в архаику» и прочие идеологические конструкты на злобу дня. Я вижу здесь только отсылку к практикам 90-х.

Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
